Bylaws and Standing Rules
Members attending the 2005 Annual Meeting of Town & Gown Players (October 16, 2005) amended the Bylaws and Standing Rules. You can view either document as a web page or download it as a PDF file for examination or printing.
The Bylaws define the structure of the Players and how the members govern the organization. They are relatively hard to amend and do not need revision more than once every few years.
The Standing Rules set forth our operating procedures. They are relatively easy to amend and could well be reviewed every year or so.
