To Make Your Reservation
Call (706) 208-TOWN (that's 208-8696) between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday. The operator will enter your reservation; you pay your admission and pick up your ticket at Town & Gown on show day. The box office, which is inside the theater lobby, opens about 45 minutes before curtain time (curtain goes up at 8:00 Thursday, Friday and Saturday; 2:00Sunday).

- We release reserved seats 10 minutes before curtain time. If you have not picked up your ticket by 7:50 (Thu-Fri-Sat) or 1:50 (Sun), we may not be able to honor your reservation.
- The box office will accept cash or check (with proper identification). Season ticket holders must present their numbered cards.
- If you have special seating needs, talk them over with the operator when you call in your reservation. We try to find a seat to suit every playgoer, even though house capacity and seat configuration are not highly flexible.
- We do not take reservations for Second Stage performances.
Season Tickets
Your season ticket gives you six admissions for the price of five. You choose how to distribute the admissions! You can even get yourself and a friend into a Second Stage performance on just one "punch." Season tickets for the general public are $50; for students and seniors, $40. Group Tickets
Town & Gown does not offer group discounts. You may, however, get in at a reduced price by simply purchasing season tickets (6 adults for $50 or 6 seniors/students for $40, amounting to a 16% discount). You must pay in advance for season tickets; call 543-3854.

Complimentary and gift vouchers
If you wish to use a comp or gift voucher, call (706) 208-TOWN (that's 208-8696) to make your reservation. Then hand in your voucher instead of cash when you claim your ticket at the box office.
Membership
The Town and Gown Players is an all volunteer, member oriented, community theater group. Membership is $10.00 per year.
Your membership entitles you to the following:

The right to vote in the annual election of officers, provided that you
become a member no later than May 1st of that year.
The Envoy, a newsletter by Town & Gown, which lists auditions, announcements,
community news, etc.
A $2.00 discount for any Main Stage Show you attend.
One free drink during intermission of any show.
A copy of the Membership Directory (also available in the Box office).
